May Chang or called "Litsea Cubeba" is native to China. The lemon-scented oil is extracted from the fruits and very rich in citral with some linalol. Litsea cubeba is valuable in skin care as it is non-irritant, very antiseptic and effective in treating oily skin, acne and spots with no risk of phtosensitivity, it's widely used as a replacement of citrus oils in facial application. Spearmint has a dual action by cooling when hot and warming when cold.
